Dr. Garang Dakjur Lueth MBBS, MD, FCOG(ECSA)
Garang Dakjur Lueth is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the School of Medicine, University of Juba. He was a previous Chief Clinical Director of Juba Teaching Hospital and also clinically active as an obstetrician. Garang trained as a medical doctor at Bahrel-Ghazal University then underwent specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Mekelle University, Ethiopia.
Garang is currently a Fellow of East, Central and Southern Africa College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ECSACOG). He is also serving as the representative of South Sudan at ECSACOG Council and a member of the National Committee on Maternal and Perinatal Death Surveillance and Response (MPDSR).
Dr. Garang currently serves as the President of the Association of Gynecologists and Obstetricians of South Sudan which was established in 2015.
Garang is committed to provision of quality maternal, sexual and reproductive Health services to the people of South Sudan, working with national and International colleagues.
